Have you ever wondered what PURE fucking ANGER sounds like? Florida’s own Scatter Shot have the perfect example with their latest single “In Shame” off the upcoming “As Above So Below”

20 seconds into hearing the song for the very first time and I’m ready to beat MYSELF over the head. I was immediately hooked by that alone.

I was first introduced to this band in early 2020. Someone sent me a link to “Betrayer” off of the album “Self Righteous // Self Inflicted” (that’s some serious gourmet shit, check that out too!) and fell in love.

“In Shame” is phenomenal and in my opinion their best work to date. Lots of time and effort was poured in and it really shows. Everything is SPOT the FUCK on. Vocals are channeling some serious Vincent Bennett vibes. Guitar tone is as crisp as McDonald’s Sprite. Bass is extremely present and hits as hard as what I would imagine “Mjolnir” would hit if it smacked you across the fucking face by Thor himself. Drums are tight as shit and the snare tone is to die for. All in all this single is rad as fuck and has me extremely stoked for the upcoming release.

“As Above So Below” releases on 2/26, start hydrating now, living room mosh will commence! Don’t forget to stretch.

Thank you for reading, I’ll drop links below!
